很多開(kāi)關(guān)和斷路器等電力傳輸和配電設(shè)備使用六氟化硫(SF6)作為絕緣氣體,以防止關(guān)閉開(kāi)關(guān)時(shí)產(chǎn)生電弧,保護(hù)設(shè)備免出故障。Vaisala DPT145 的直接標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化壓力測(cè)試功能能夠立即發(fā)現(xiàn)任何漏電現(xiàn)象,而其在線(xiàn)露點(diǎn)檢測(cè)功能則能夠針對(duì)潮氣問(wèn)題提供早期警告。潮氣能夠影響絕緣氣體的絕緣性能并使故障機(jī)率快速升高。
Vaisala DPT145 是目前市場(chǎng)上唯一一種能夠在線(xiàn)同時(shí)監(jiān)控7種參數(shù)的電力傳送設(shè)備。該設(shè)備可以直接檢測(cè)露點(diǎn)、壓力和溫度,并計(jì)算濃度、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化壓力、常壓下露點(diǎn)值和PPM值。
由于用一個(gè)設(shè)備即可監(jiān)控7種不同參數(shù),線(xiàn)路系統(tǒng)所需的機(jī)械連接更少,漏電的可能性也更小了。因?yàn)橥顿Y更低,安裝成本更少,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維護(hù)需求更少等原因,該設(shè)備可全面節(jié)省費(fèi)用,降低消耗。
